I think it's fascinating to find that different models have completely different comfort zones. Some are more comfortable naked than they are with clothes on. (Yeah, I know, I would never have believed that in my wildest adolescent fantasies, either, but, it's actually true!) Some like to work with props or masks or have warthogs stuffed in their rectum. This segment of the shoot happened to be E's comfort zone.
